Our Concept                                                                

  • A boutique market that offers retail space for local women-owned, artisans and entrepreneurs.  
  • Opportunity to increase the visibility of your business and create a customer base without the overhead or commitment associated with a dedicated retail store. 
  • Located in the heart of the RiNo Art District and the 29th Avenue Town Center of the Central Park neighborhood. 

                                           

 How it Works

  • We handle all aspects of the store including:
    • Providing staff so you don't have to be present.
    • Paying all the store bills, such as utilities.
    • Utilizing consignment software to track purchases and provide a payment to you monthly for your sales. 
    • Advertising and special events to increase traffic. 
  • You make the space your own! We provide the walls/shelves to outline  
    your space and you customize the space for your business. 
  • Your business is featured on the store's website. .
  • A commission is deducted from all sales to cover the costs of credit card fees, staffing and marketing
                                                    

Rent Options

  • Monthly rent is based on the amount of space you need for your business. 
  • We offer a wide variety of space options ranging from a small table-top space to small booth.
